I'm sure it's a round-trip/return ticket since it's one-way is rare.

AlbertSiegel wrote:Thank you everyone!! This is the most support I have found about this crazy idea of mine! My on/off again girlfriend of 5 years thinks I am nuts and going to back out at the last second. I told her no chance (just to make me feel good as she loves to destroy my dreams with reality) and she not see me for some time. She just replied with "all she needs to do is tell me she wants back and I will come"!! That is the sort of thing that may keep me in Japan!! LOL!!!
Damn, how come all your girlfriends are Russian babes?....

AlbertSiegel wrote:YaY!! I arrive at Narita on Thursday, Novermber 20 @ 3pm local time. I have a full round trip with a 6 month open return for $540 taxes included from LAX!! !
It'd Hideout, not Hidden. Don't want you getting lost as soon as you arrive.
Though that could make for an interesting FG initiation ritual. Tell a new FG to meet you at a bar/club, but give them a slightly wrong name. They'd have a pre-made FG story to tell right off the bat!
CONGRADS!
Quick question:
Did you buy directly from Continental Airlines website? (if so, I'll buy tickets tonight cause the late Nov date and 6 month open return look good to me)
AlbertSiegel wrote:BTW, can anyone tell me about the Japanese electrical outlet? Will I be able to plug in my laptop that has the three pin (ground) type of plug? What about my DV cam that is 110v @ 60hz? It is a Sharp, can I just buy a AC plug for it there? Maybe someone can post a picture of a Japanese electrical outlet.
Same as US plug and voltage but uses 2 pin not 3 pin.

umm... what do I do with my 3 pin laptop plug? How can I use it? does the 2 pin outlet in Japan have the left side a bit larger than the right like the US?
