Do-inaka jobs are easy and yet hard to find out in the boonies. Thank Buddha your visa is not a huge problem. However, your age, no degree AND job-hopping is gonna make it tough.
I don't know beans about Fukushima, but I've poked my nose in the door of a few English schools I've walked past in wilds of Shikoku just to say "Howdy Neighbor" and they nearly shanghaied me into teaching on the spot. Yep, there're few jobs in the boonies but there's a much greater need for blue-eyed devils.

250cc and you can haul ass.
Used prices start at 10,000yen for 50cc and often your employer will give you one if the teaching locations are remote (at least that's the deal my buddy got).
