Fuck that. I'll accept it if I want. I'll not accept it if I don't want. I'll leave if I want I'll stay if I want. I'll stay and tell the Nippers they're all fucking morons if I want. I'll stay here and worship Japan and bad mouth America if it tickles me. I don't give a fuck whose country it is or what country I'm from. Fuck that shit. When in Rome, do whatever the fuck you want. That's my motto.deltaco wrote:Accept it or leave.

Really, as a tecaher there you should be jumping for joy that someone is willing to take some action against those little shitheads.
You seem to be painting all the kids at BB's school as "little shitheads." What makes you so certain they are?
That's because you're probably bored. My high school was difficult enough that there wasn't time to be pissing off teachers. Of course, I'm not counting the last semester of senior year...eidolon wrote:Many of my peers, and probably myself as well, have done heinous things to those who just want to give us a good education, and could do with a good ass kicking.

Yeah, I'm guilty there. Never taught anyone anything in my life, and I don't think I'll be starting anytime soon.AssKissinger wrote:Those of you with no experience with really difficult kids need to STFU cause you don't know WTF you're talking about.
Nah, someone has to work McDonald's, pick up my trash, clean my driveway, etc... might as well be the kids you're teaching.AssKissinger wrote:Fucking brilliant, write a Goddamn Ph.D dissertation yall really got some smart shit that could save the day. Really!
Mini_B wrote:Kids need to be smacked - bottom line. Where do you get off, Mr. Booger, after only a month at that school, deciding who gets smacked and why? If that kid has a problem with it I'm sure he'll tell his daddy or mommy and they'll take action.
What really makes me sick is the fact that someone in this thread said that they would SUE. Give me a break. That's the last thing a kid needs to learn...and is much worse than a little kick in the ass.

Discipline in Japanese education needs serious reform. I don't agree with the fact that every kid must be educated and to remove a disturbed student from the classroom denies that kid an education.
:thumbs:I think troubled kids should be separated and given a harsher environment, like an ISS (in school suspension) room, or something to that effect
I also think that kids should be failed if they do not make at least a 60% in all subjects. Here, it's like 50% and they have to fail at least 2 subjects and then they still have a chance to retake the tests at the end of the year... what a load of sheet...
They should be sent to the administration or at least to a discipline team who are in charge of that. And the behavior should be modified by them instead of directly by the teacher. That way when a kid is acting up, he or she can be sent out of the room and dealt with without direct teacher aggression
That's what I'm talking about, too. BB, I hope you're not to pissed at my earlier posts to rule out my discourse. I totally agree with everything you're talking about. We need to get some of this stuff implemented in Japan! Awesome grade-a post, dude.Of course classroom control should still be the responsibility of the teacher. I am just talking about those kids who break shit, throw things, don't listen, disturb the lesson, or continually fail to comply.

AK Nice!
I bet in his teacher's room, he's as quiet as a mouse.
No no. They don't have to ignore me cause I don't ever say anything. You're right the first time. peep peep. About the only thing I say all day is 'Here's my next lesson plan. Thank-you very much. If there's any problem let me know. I'll be happy to make any changes at your request.' For real, that's how it is everyday. I never once said one single rude word to any of the staff there ever. Nor would I. Nor do I question anything. I save all my BULLSHIT for you guys. The only way he could get away with all that wing wang, is his staff can't speak nor understand English, which is quite possible. They probably just ignore him gently like, but act like they are paying attention to him
