Me too. I go to the gym and work out 4 days/week doing anaerobic exercises. I do aerobic exercises 3 days/week.
But ever since I discovered beer (quite a while ago too), I lost my "six pack" and I now have a "keg".


I've got to get the weight off by this summer... I guess if I start now I will not look too bad by the time July roles around.
