21. Forgot the name, but they have stores near Kawasaki Daiichi....it is like a jelly ( I think a type of mochi) but it is not white and thick like mochi. You sprinkle a brown/beige colored powder on top and then load on top a thick syrup (brown sugar based syrup I think)
To die for, indeed! Mels if you should ever go to kyoto- byodoin, in front of the entrance is a soba shop and next to it they sell wagashi. get the ones with matcha inside. Incredible. They have some kinpaku sprinkled on the top. THAT's luxury!

I heard about an FG who used to buy up all the natto on sale at the end of the day at his local supermarket. He got a kick out of everyone saying "sugoiii" at the till. When he got home, he would immediately throw it all away.
I'm guessing this is before they had TVs for entertainment.
