It's an amazingly done photoshop.
Only thing I can think of is that someone that actually owns that doll, went and took pictures of it in shadow and in sunlight. Same pic, but covering the doll for the shadow pic.
Then they had to take a picture of the real area at the same angle.
Then they used photoshop to add shadows from shadow pic and to position the doll.
This is all just a theory, but I do know that the location IS real.
